When you work in the Network, you work for yourself. We provide you only with the platform and organization you need to develop your own business.
To work in the Network, you do not need an office. What you need is a telephone, computer, printer and Internet access. It is not necessary all of them to be yours. You can use them where is possible – friends, company which you work for, Internet coffee etc.
The Network bases its work on the well-known principle of Multi-level Marketing (MLM).
“Follower” is a new participant in the Network. Usually, he receives his orders from upper Network levels, but he can also acquire them himself.
“Mentor” is a person who manages a group of one or more Followers and takes care of them and their groups. He has no financial duties to the Followers. In contrast, he receives a percentage of what his Followers and their groups have earned. The Mentor guides the Follower by providing him with knowledge and skills so that the Follower can get into the work. This is profitable for both Follower and Mentor.
Everyone in the Network has to know that:
Mentorship = Time + Trust + Tolerance
You can work in the Network without leaving your current job. Of course, you can leave it, if you think that you have piled up enough potential to continue your development alone. The best criterion for leaving your current job is the moment when you start earning twice as much as your current salary.
You can enter or leave the Network any time you want to.
The Network develops on the basis of friendly talks between people (in 99% of the cases it is between friends).
Only 5% of the people are traders, the rest 95% are non-traders. To succeed in the Network, it does not matter which type you belong to. The Network is for people who in 1 to 3 years may not go to work if they do not want to.
The scheme is the following:
1. You have to invest some money and time for:
a. Teaching course on the work in the Network – “Sponsorship – a key to your success in the Multi-level Marketing Network” (1 day)
b. Teaching course for qualifying auto experts with a certificate issued by AutoExpert, TÜV or the Privatization Agency. (5 days)
c. Teaching course on using the System. (1 day)
2. You work hard for a year. Your income starts growing.
3. You work less hard for a year and your income grows even faster.
4. You work even less hard for a year and your income reaches the levels you have required.
5. At the end of the third year, your income is high enough so that you can allow yourselves to stop working or to work whenever you want and as much as you want.
The reason why some people in MLM fail is not because they haven’t worked enough but because they haven’t worked properly. That is why the Company puts much emphasis on the teaching courses. Most often they are organised in a row within a week. An online version of the Teaching course on using the System is to be launched very soon. In it people can be trained individually.
Many people consider it better to work directly with the company. That does not apply for the Network. In it, the more levels are above you, the more people will take care of you.
The Network is a place for both good auto specialists and good managers. If you have a lot of contacts but you do not know anything about vehicles, you can organise a network of auto experts whom you will give orders.
The company organises annual meetings of all the people who work in the Network, their relatives, friends, and acquaintances which is held on the Network birthday – the first Saturday of October. An account of the progress is given and new products are promoted within 15-20 min. of the meeting. A cocktail follows right after that.
Networks can be inherited, sold and bought. Their prices are negotiated between the parties.
The Network has 3 levels:
1. Expert
2. Senior Expert
3. Chief Expert
There are two criteria: a number of Experts in one group and amount of expertise per month. According to their variation, there is individual movement up and down in the hierarchy.
Everyone who has completed the courses and wants to start work in the Network begins at the level of Expert. He gets 60% of the value of the expertise he has made.
Senior Expert is a person who has 5 or more Experts in his group and makes with his group 5 or more expertises a month. He gets 10% of what the Experts in the group have earned.
Chief Expert is a person who has 20 or more Experts in his group and makes with his group 20 or more expertises a month. His group may consist of Senior Experts and their groups. He gets 20% of what the Experts in the group have earned.
The movement in the hierarchy is of considerable importance, as the higher levels get higher % of what the Experts earn. The bigger percentage multiplied by the higher number of Experts in the group gives exponential income growth based on moving upwards.
To go from one level to another, you need to cover the respective criteria for 3 months. The term applies for both moving to a higher or to a lower level.
The movement from one level to another means that the person should leave his current level. It is not possible for one and the same person to belong to more than one level or to more than one group. This means that an Expert who creates his own group consisting of 5 people and becomes a Senior Expert should leave the Senior Expert’s group he has belonged to up to that moment. And vice-versa – a Chief Expert who does not manage to cover the criteria for 3 months moves downwards and enters the group he has belonged to before.
The Sponsor is obliged to answer all questions related to working with the System, raised by the Assistants and the members of their groups.
If a Sponsor quits his position, the System automatically appoints the most successful member of his group. In case when there are more than one equally successful members, the higher-level Sponsor determines who will get the vacant position.
All participants in the Network have the right to ask their Sponsor about any information concerning the Network or the System. The sponsor must answer the request as soon as possible. If he does not know the answer, he should ask the higher-level Sponsor.
All participants in the Network have the right to move with their group from one group to another.
The Company personally informs all participants in the Network about forthcoming events such as annual meetings, presentations of new products, etc.

Bear in mind that the Company prefers applicants who have met the optional requirements.

You can access the System after you submit your username and password which are provided by the System administrator. The use of somebody else’s username and password is forbidden.
The Company periodically organises teaching courses on using the System.
Everybody has the right to use the System as a Test user. In such cases, the user makes expertise in a test database. After one month his account becomes inactive.
If a Test user wants to start work in the Network and to make real expertise, he has to contact his Sponsor, the latter has to contact the System administrator and as a result the Assistant’s status is changed from Test user to Expert.
Everybody who wants to test the System or has become a Network member receives a System identification number. It consists of 5 digits divided by dots. This is called AutoExpert Number (AEN).
The first four digits represent the four Network levels. The first digit corresponds to the Trade Directors (Company Representatives), the second digit – to Chief Experts, the third – to Senior Experts, and the last one – to Experts. The last digit is the serial number of everybody who has requested test access to the System.
As it is evident from the example, the first 4 AEN digits may vary in accordance with the individual movement in the Network hierarchy but the last digit is always the same for the person in question.
The Company has the right to deny without warning the System access to all Network participants if there is evidence for misconduct towards the Network rules, Company or Customers.
There are 2 basic monetary flows in the Network: from the Customer, through a Network participant to the Company and from the Company to the Sponsors. The System is in charge of the monetary flows.
The Expert receives 60% of the expertise value.
The Senior Expert receives 10% of the value of all expertises made by the Experts in his group.
The Chief Expert receives 20% of the value of all expertises made by the Experts in his group.
If the Network participant is self-insured person or company, the Customer pays for the expertise to him. The latter charges his commission and the rest is transferred to the Company.
If the Network participant is a physical person, the Customer pays for the expertise to the higher-level Sponsor. The latter charges his commission, pays the Network participant and the rest is transferred to the Company.
The Company transfers the remuneration to the higher levels.
It is possible for a person who is not part of the Network to use the System. He uses the System to make expertise on his own account. The price he has to pay is five times what a Network member pays per each expertise made through the System or five times what a Network member pays per month and unlimited amount of expertise. We call him “System User” in contrast to “Network Participant”
Expertise prices are set by the Company and are announced on the Company website. Expertise prices may be negotiated between Customers and Experts.
The Company has the right to change the already stated sums and percentages in accordance with the economic situation in the State. The exact date when changes are to be made is announced to all Network participants at least one month in advance.
One or more Network participants can organise a teaching course for their current or future Experts. This includes both the three obligatory teaching courses (“Skills in establishing contacts and business development”, “Work with AutoExpertNet System for making auto technical expertise” and “Vehicle Estimation”) and all other courses which the Network members consider useful.
